Death is a fearful expectation of virtually all people, yet too many mask their fear of death with a worldly wisdom that seeks to find hope in earthly temporal issues. Solomon points out the madness of man's heart at work to deny the appointment with death we all have. He leads us to the Wisdom of God in Jesus Christ who has conquered death for His people to give them a sure and certain hope.

Yet submission to authority is a testimony to the work of God's grace in our hearts and trust in the Lordship of Jesus Christ.
